Devan McClish and Debbie McClish are the owners of the company. Devan has developed and sold over thirty million in Nashville residential housing units. He also has owned / owns commercial retail, apartments, small multifamily, single family housing, and short term rentals. He has been featured on the BiggerPockets podcast, the GSD podcast, Joe Fairless podcast, and the Ola Dantis Show. Along with Olympus Property Management he owns Olympus Development, Olympus Rentals, and previously ran a general contracting business in Nashville as well. Devan is a licensed principal broker, a licensed vacation lodging services agent, and a broker affiliated with Everything Real Estate. Debbie has owned, alongside Devan, Olympus Development for the past several years help building that company into a successful real estate business going on over four years to date. Olympus Property Management has been operating for four years now. We manage approximately 100 units. We have managed SFHs, Short Term Rentals, Mobile Home Parks, Apartment Complexes, Luxury Housing in Nashville, Columbia, Dickson, Murfreesboro, Antioch, Goodlettsville, and Brentwood, and small multifamily. We currently have the staff to manage more units than we manage. We have set up that system and team on purpose to be proactive vs. a reactive business.
